What our clients told us in 2017

We are committed to ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.  It is our strong belief that open feedback from everybody we work and partner with; is fundamental in order to ensure we don’t steer the good ship global off course.

In Q4 of 2017 we asked our entire client base to participate in a programme of feedback across a wide range of topics.  Here is a snapshot from the feedback:

Overall, I am very satisfied with the way global associates has performed (is performing) 

100% of respondents said they ‘Agree’ or ‘Strongly Agree’ with the statement

If and when problems or issues arise, how well do the global associates team respond in order to address them?

92% of respondents replied either ‘Very Well’ or ‘Extremely Well’; with not a single participant highlighting an unsatisfactory response from the global team

If asked about global associates, I would be happy to recommend their services

100% of respondents said they either ‘Agreed’ or ‘Strongly Agreed’ with the statement

So, what did our clients tell us that we needed to improve upon?  Just over 34% of respondents said we could do a better job keeping them informed of the new services and capability that global associates have to offer. 

We would like to thank all those people who took the time and effort to share their opinions and thoughts; we will endeavor to make 2018 even better than 2017
