In Q4 of 2017 we asked our entire client base to participate in a programme of feedback across a wide range of topics. Here is a snapshot from the feedback:
So, what did our clients tell us that we needed to improve upon? Just over 34% of respondents said we could do a better job keeping them informed of the new services and capability that global associates have to offer.
